Do you service solar systems you didn't install?

Yes. Inherited and third-party systems are welcome. Most of the assets we take on were built by someone else.
How often should commercial solar panels be cleaned in Cyprus?

It depends on how much dust a site is exposed to. We schedule cleaning on economics, measuring the soiling loss against irradiance, rather than a fixed calendar, which in dustier locations can mean several cleans a year.
How do you tell soiling loss from an equipment fault?

Soiling is gradual, weather-linked, and recovers after cleaning; equipment faults show step-changes and thermal signatures that cleaning won't fix. We use drone thermography and string-level data to separate the two before acting.
What does an annual solar O&M contract include?

24/7 remote monitoring with engineer-triaged alarms, scheduled preventive maintenance to the bank checklist, corrective callouts under a written SLA, annual drone thermography, panel-cleaning coordination, monthly performance reports, and an annual performance review.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
